We do cost auditing for the concerned industry. We do this in three / Four stages. We visit the factory and stay there for two – three days and collect the data personally. We repeat this till our entire satisfaction. Once collect the 100% correct data in our multiple visits. We deeply study it and compare it the set costing. We finally jot down the remedies.
